Not unexpected for maxpedition - Maxpedition 2" Shoulder Pad 9408

This shoulder pad does everything that you would expect. It evenly distributes the weight from your shoulder strap to a wider area on your shoulder. I like the fact that it can slide along the strap to find the most convenient spot to carry your bag, too. Good product!
Pros: Bullet proof design and materials
Cons: A bit costly for what you're buying
