Maxped 3 X5 Notebook cover
I like to have a notepad handy. This keeps it from getting tore up in a pocket and looks cool too.
The back panel has 4 spots to hold pens/pencils. This was a smart idea, b/c they keep the back stiff enough to prevent bending the notebook.
Inside are 3 elastic loops, one wide enough for a multi-tool and two just right for a penlight or Bic lighter. There's a pocket behind the loops that you could tuck the cover into.
I've taken out the notebook a couple of times to stow my iPhone instead. Since it has 2 zipper puls you can keep headphones plugged in and listen or tuck them inside out of the way.

This protects my note pads, before they would get torn up in my pocket, now they stay in great shape
