I've owned many back packs over the years. Right now, I own three: a Deuter, a Northface, and a Maxpedition. By far, the stitching and sturdiness awards go to the Maxpedition. Don't get me wrong, I love, love my Deuter pack, but for a daypack, the Maxpedition rules. For me, the philosophy of use for an EDC/daypack requires it to be very sturdy because it will get used a lot. I can see from a short period of owning it that it will last a long time.
Pros: Sturdy Construction & Excellent Stitching
Cons: Cost
