BlackHawk ECW Pro Winter Operations Gloves
This is a great extension to the strap of a maxpedition bag. It allows it to fall at my hip now, where I wanted it, and allows it to have the extra room for some small items you might want quickly. The interior has two side pockets with a velcro strap to hold in the items placed there. It is a very well made and thought out pouch/strap extender for a maxpedition bag.
Pros: Great Gloves for warmth, trigger finger still fits firearms!

A must have for your Jumbo
As always Maxpedition will not disappoint you. Well designed and well built, this extension pocket can be used to link the two Jumbo' s carrying strap ends; in this way you'll have a pocket on your chest, while the bag is on your side/back. The pocket is large enough to fit any smartphone, wallet, flashlight or folding knife you desire. In front has the velcro to attach your favourite patches... Is a perfect add for your Maxpedition Jumbo...

Janus Extension Pocket
Janus is very nice and compact pocket. I mount it on my Moonsoon gearslinger waist pad molle.
Extension strap was detached because gearslinger strap with this one became very long and can't be used. It fits my iPhone 6 and some small stuff.

The Maxpedition Janus is a durable, modular attachment to the shoulder bags of this series. They are great for travel on planes, buses, and trains due to the ease of access and subtle presentation. The device should be sold as a packaged option at time of sale during promotions. Once the attachment has been in place for a short time, the user cannot envision the system without it.

It's Maxpedition...you know it rocks
The JANUS pocket is great for a Gearslinger bag. It integrates perfectly into the existing strap and easy to access.
There's velcro running the entire length of the channel the removeable strap passes through. This is good for keeping the strap in place, so the pocket can't slide up/down. This is bad, if you make the mistake of removing the strap and need to put it back. It's hard to reinstall due to the velcro.
Overall, I LOVE the item and would highly recommmend it.

Janus Extension Pocket
I have found Maxpedition products to be tough, well thought out and extremely modular. I have a varied collection of their backpacks, sling packs, and Versipacks. After using them on a daily basis for years, I have never had a failure. The Janus Extension Pocket was better than I had expected. I assumed it would just slide over the existing should strap and provide faster access to the primary items of your choice. Well, it certainly provides faster access with an assortment of organizational options; however, it connects to the pack via a buckle at both ends providing several benefits. You can position the pocket exactly where you want it on your body and it does not move. Also, you gain additional shoulder strap length adjustment if you need it. Excellent product, highly recommended.
