I bought the midsize Roly-Poly first and it would work well for AR-AK mags. I wanted it for subgun mags which are longer so I exchanged for the deeper Mega model. One note, be sure to purchase some straps to attach pouch to your MOLLE gear, it does not come with them

The whole point of this item is that it is a large pouch to carry items in as necessary, empty mags, spent brass, bugs in jars, rocks whatever you need. It rolls up to a neat tidy spot on your belt when empty and is easily unrolled and opened to give you a large durable storage area for whatever purpose you need.

Mega roly-poly review
Excellent piece of gear. I recommend the mega if you need a big pouch. The reg. size is a little bit smaller than your average dump pouch, but not big enough that I would use it for my DA rig. I was really disappointed that it didn't come with malice clips or any thing to affix it to your kit (requires 2 small malice clips). Zip ties work well too. That's the only reason I didn't give it a 5 out of 5.
Pros: rolls up to stay out of the way, and has no liner. Doesn't have a plastic insert to hold the top open, but is stiff enough that it holds itself open.

Excellent Quality Dump Pouch
Really disappointed that upon receiving it that it did not have any molle straps or clips in which to attach it. I could have misread the description but I dont recall any mention that you would have to purchase them seperately. Overall though a quality pouch and I would purchase another in a heartbeat.

Great Dump Pouch
Best dump pouch I have ever owned, it is very well made and will hold a lot of magazines or just about anything you want to put in it and folds to a small size, out of the way when not in use.
