Great library bag
I call this my 'library' bag because it stores perfectly notebooks, books, apple ipad, sony ereader, and a 13.3" laptop. Everything one needs to sock oneself away at the library for an afternoon/evening. the additional pockets are great for storing the necessary pita stuff (wall warts, cords).
Pros: Very durable in design, strong zipper, strong stitching, excellent build
Cons: Has two velcro loops that are more in the way the innovative. It could hold a thin monopod or one leg of a small tripod but its form factor doesn't speak to that. They seem to be loops for attaching things but I don't ...

Maxpedition Muliti- purpose bag 0601
Great rugged bag with the best YKK zippers, lots of pockets and useable storage. This bag is also the perfect size without being too big. Bags with YKK zippers are hard to find. My girlfriend bought me a really cool bag from Sporty's but when I checked out the zippers I had to break the bad news to her. The bag wasn't going to pass the test of time because when the zipper fails the product is useless. I know this from years of backpacking and buying products that have zippers. Sometimes I am really disappointed to find a product I really like but has substandard zippers. Especially on Jackets. Don't fall in love with something that does not have YKK zippers they are the best.

Deceptively Small, but Nice
This product is very nice and well built. The only problem was its size. Based on the measurements I was expecting a lot of room, but when I received the bag it came up short (no pun intended). Anyway, it is a great bag, if you don't need to carry a lot of stuff.

Maxpediton MPB 0601
Great Bag! Materiel and workmanship are top notch. I went to you tube and watched a couple of reviews to get a better look at the bag. It was a little smaller than I thought. I use it to carry paperwork, IPad, etc. You can not carry 8 1/2 by 14" documents. Also the business card holder is a little to small. I have to fit my business cards sideways. Plenty of pockets and everything is well organized and thought out.
I have a Sig Sauer P226 that fits in the side pocket nicely. If you want to carry without a holster you can use this pocket. Plenty of room for extra mags.
If you work outside sales, or have to bring paper work home with you this bag is perfect. If you need huge amounts of room and have a strong back go with the MPB XXL. This bag is worth every penny.

Look No Further!
Bought this bag as a do-it-all bag and it has greatly exceeded my expectations. The price is definitely higher than other comparable range bags however this bag is good looking and versatile enough that I could take it to the gym, or use it as a diaper bag, or a weekend bag and not look like I'm just trying to repurpose a gun range bag. It just looks good, period.
I also have accessories from Voodoo tactical and other similar gear manufacturers and while there are other great designs out there, Maxpedition quality cannot be beat. I would recommend this bag and all Maxpedition gear to anyone, anytime.

High quality bag
I have many bags like this kind to carry all my stuffs in travels, mountain walkings and for job, but no one is so high quality as this one. Good made, perfect seams, sturdy nylon and enough pockets where to put all items you need to carry. Maxpedition made another perfect work! I really recommend it!
