Reviews & Ratings for Maxpedition Narrow LOOK Bag — 2 reviews — Page 1

I learned about Maxpedition by watching Sootch00 on Youtube. His channel reviews firearms and equipment.

This bag is well made with four compartments. The largest compartment carries an iPad with room to spare. The zippered compartment holds a compact semi-auto pistol and mags. I also purchased the Maxpedition holster that attaches to the inside of any compartment. I like the water and abrasion resistant light-weight ballistic nylon fabric. The large flap that covers the bag has magnets that close quietly and secure the flap. Neat idea. The material is water repellent, especially for Florida rainstorms. The 1.5" wide shoulder strap adjusts from 28" to 52" and has quick release attachments. The non-slip strap pad is wide enough that it does not dig into your shoulder and it is removable.

I searched the internet for companies that sell this product. Optics Planet had the best price including shipping. They beat Amazon because here in Florida, Amazon has a physical building, so we have to pay the local sales tax which for me is 7%.

I am confident that this bag will give me years of service and afford me with my firearm safely concealed.

I had a hard time deciding to buy this bag or not. I'm glad I did. It's almost perfect for EDC. Unlike most other Maxpedition bags it is NOT huge, bulky, or cavernous. It will hold all my CCW and my iPad or my small notebook, too. The magnet closure is very nice.
Three things would make an improvement: 1) Slightly enlarge the width to 4"; 2) make the admin pocket a little larger; 3) they could give you more bag by making the closure flap smaller.
