Most Helpful Positive Review Perfect Fanny Pac
Was looking for another Maxpedition carry bag but smaller than my Fat Boy anof the same quality and couldn't have made a better selection. Yes Maxpedition's equipment has a higher price but they are WORTH EVERY cent. Well designed, sized right,ie not too large and not too small, constructed of high quality materials, Pros: Construction, size, duribility Cons: Only that is not made in the United States.

I wear this across body instead

by Old Grey Man, from NE, United States Written on July 28, 2019
I wear this item EVERY day, All day. This is a very good product. Be ready to modify this to make it into what you want. Adjust it and sew the straps in place, or it Will fall off of you. Make plastic pocket liners to protect a phone screen from being smashed. You may want to cut out the mesh dividers(melt the frays closed if you do) I use AR mag carriers as utility pouches. Doesn't get looks from LE(nice),or Sec., but the average Joe is spooked(Good). The Uncertainty Principal is a good thing. Use it. I do not carry a pistol, but a small one(LCP2 sized) would fit in back pouch.with an extra mag. It would be awkward, bulky, and heavy tho. But no printing.
Pros:
  • I wear this every day all all day, all year
Cons:
  • It gets hot underneath very quickly, and I autorotates in front unless you tie it to your belt at the low point. Or wear it really tight.
Best Used for:
  • EDC regular stuff, but don't make it heavy

Octa Versipack

by Lobo45, from GA, United States Written on September 29, 2018
This pack is ideal for CCW carry, it will hold Glock 19 or 23 even a colt 45. One slight mod you will have to do is. In the large compartment there is a mesh divider cut it out, then it is perfect. The ag hugs the body perfect and belt and bag well made.

Shipping took way to long considering it came FED-X/so called free shipping not impressed.

Review of Maxpedition Versipack

by John, from VA, United States Written on August 18, 2017
I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She uses it for her landscaping job and for everyday uses. It is a convent, hands-free to carry everything you need. It is very durable, very water resistant, and allows you to add more pouches to increase its carrying capacity.

Maxpedition OCTA Versapack bag

by nospyme, from FL, United States Written on October 29, 2016
This is the 2nd Versapack I purchased on behalf of a friend who loves it. She uses it literally every day, and now she has a backup bag. She appreciates the wide waistband, which doesn't cut into her waist; as well as the tough fabric.

Nice Pack

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on November 5, 2012
I have used this waist pack for a month, I use it every day, I like the way it is divided makes for ease of carrying medication, extra batteries, wallet, money clip, XD9 sub compact. I only gave it a 4 as the waist straps loosen up while on the waist. I fixed the problem by taking real heavy sail thread and making a loop and tying it. Other than that a real nice waist pack, no need looking any further.
Pros: Holds every thing that I carry daily.
Cons: waist striap loosens when on the waist.

OctaVersa Pack

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on January 16, 2012
I own two, one for daily use and another for outdoor activities, hiking, photography, backpacking. Buying through Optics Planet also saved money over buying direct from the manufacturer. Product shipped in a timely manner.
Pros: Multiple compartments, one big enough for concealed firearm carry. Ruger SP101 in particular. Also like the partitions on the compartments to help keep items separated and secure.
Cons: None
