Reviews & Ratings for Maxpedition Operator Tactical Attache 0605 — 7 reviews — Page 1

For two years I’ve been using a Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack for my truck driving bag. I drive different tractors so I can’t keep gear in the trucks. The Versipack was getting pretty worn but was still holding up very well, proving Maxpedition makes good stuff. I was keeping some gear in my lunch bag too since the Versipack wasn’t big enough, such as a safety vest. The Attaché sucked up everything in the Versipack and my lunch bag with room to spare, I added a change of clothes and toiletries for those rare times I get stuck somewhere and have to stay overnight. I like that it has two pockets for bottles, I use one for my travel coffe mug and the other holds my hard sunglasses case. The handle is a real handle compared to the Versipack carry strap. One reason I chose this model is the strap slots for extra pens, flashlight, and work knife in the lower pocket, the newer version of the Versipack does not have this feature. There are so many pockets and places to store stuff I highly recommend the attaché if whether you carry a laptop or not. I carry my trucker GPS, dash cam, mounts, iPod, iPad, all the cables, manuals, log books, safety vest, sunglasses, spare eyeglasses, ID’s, and assorted small items in this bag and it’s still not filled to capacity. Great Bag!

It's versatile and durable, exactly the pocket scheme I need and that rear zip pocket is perfect. A real plus they added that swivel feature to the carry strap. The dual pockets on each end allow for a liquid container and a full sized radio like a Bendix King walkie talkie. A real plus, and possibly the best feature is the hidden pocket/compartment that velcro- sealed. Great for a couple of discreet items. The thick center divider holds a clip type soft holster for a medium to large semi auto. It just does not get any better than this bag.

I purchased this to keep all my gear in that I use for Long Range hunting. Looked at many similar items and this one met my needs the best. Outside pockets fit my BR2 Rangefinder, 10x40 Binoculars and Wind Meter. Then you have a lot more room for what you need such as lunch items. I use a UTV for transportation to and from my hunting area so this keeps everything organized and protected. Really meets my needs, is very well made. It is more expensive than most but should last a life time.
Pros: Well made and fullfills my needs
Cons: Price

Finally wore out my last one after 6 years of daily carry. Expect this one will last the next 6 years.
Pros: Well made, lots of room
Cons: None

Overall quality construction and design. My only complaint would be the strap is too thin and the clips dont swivel.

I use it at work and great.
Pros: Lots of pockets and looks great
Cons: None worth mentioning
