Met Expectations
When I first bought this, my goal was to add MOLLE real estate to my battle belt so I could attache a holster. That did not work, so instead I mated this to a first aid pouch which has my trauma kit in it. For that purpose, it has met or exceeded all expectations. It even allows me to attache it to the floor boards in my car. The handle allows a quick grab. So I would recommend this for very specific purposes.

Tear away module panel
I purchased this product for medical kits that are used on plate carriers. This makes it very easy to have the medical kit in the small of the back, with easy access and removal with either the left or right hand. Items stay affixed very well, even without use of the included strap.
Pros: Very simple, works as it should.
Cons: Does not come with molle attachment devices
