Great backpack! I would recommend this backpack to anyone who uses one on a daily bases. I would shop around for the best deal. 140 dollars is a lot of money for a backpack. This one, so far seems to have been worth it.

I bought a couple of these Vulture ii packs for my daughters to use for camping and hiking. Fit and finish are excellent. These are some heavy duty packs and should last a very long time. I'm glad I went with these over the Condor ii, as they are just the right size. I'm sure the Condor ii would have been too small. I also bought some Maxpedition Beefy pocket organizers to go with. The combo should go great together as a survival / camping set up. I am going to purchase one more fore the wife. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great simple backpack.
Pros:
- light
- Heavy Duty
- Plenty of room
Best Used for:
- survival
- camping and outdoors

Good pack, but I will say it is a little noisy....pretty stiff. Good for bugout, but not going to be good for hunting or anything requiring stealth mode. Plenty of room, set up well and great gear attachment points. Very well constructed.

This is a great pack, it's comfortable for long day hikes and able to carry all your Bug Out needs. It's extreamly well made a will provide a life long service. I own three other Maxpedition packs along with many of their accessories and have never had an issue with the craftsmanship. I chose free shipping option it was well packed and it arrived on time.

Great pack overall, lots of places to attach stuff externally. Wish there was more pockets and dividers on the inside.
Pros: Materials, size, versatility.
Cons: Not enough internal pockets.

This is one great bag. I own both the Vulture and Condor bags. The Condor is smaller than I like. It cannot hold a 15 inch laptop without difficulty. The most the Condor can hold is a 13 inch laptop, Great bag but slightly small for my taste. ***The Vulture II is roomier. I use it daily for work I put in a 15 inch laptop a lunch sac a 20oz Nissan mug and I have room to spare for say gym clothes or books or something. It has storm zippers. It maintains its shape, it doesn't just flop flat. It is a great all around bag. I am 5'10" it fits great. It will last forever, its solid 1000d. Definitely recommend it.
Pros: maintains shape, roomy, looks good, super tough
Cons: none

This is a bag that will last most a lifetime. Just the right size to carry all you need and not be too heavy to carry all day. First aid kit and anything you might need quickly can be attached on the outside (a nylon tie is a great safety pin).
Pros: Well made
Cons: None

We looked at a lot of packs that could double as a high school & college book bag, 2-3 day bag, utility luggage. This pack, along with the Spec Ops THE, are the two that we went with. Both are high quality bags that will serve for years and years (the last bag I will need to buy each teenager!). Highly recommend
