I purchased this knife for only $8. My initial impression was that it was a little tacky, but it was the closest replacement I could find for a knife I had confiscated. It quickly became my favorite knife in my collection. The embossed scale pattern on the blade is gorgeous. I'm not a fan of gold, but the gold clip really is a nice touch. It's a solid, well built, smooth functioning knife and came perfectly sharpened. It's my go to knife that I carry daily and use multiple times a day. It opens and closes beautifully and it seriously makes me smile every time I use it and I get compliments on it often. I highly recommend this knife and I'll be buying a second one in case something ever happens to this one.
