works great!
Got this for a gen 2 kriss vector. Very solid piece, great lock up. Push button works good. Also not very long so as not to add to much to the length of pull. This product only took about 5 min to install. Comes with 2 different thread depth mounts. I would recommend this item.

Does not work with an AR-15 with a buffer tube, only works on a bolt action rifle.
I really wish they were more clear about the compatibility of the folding stock adapter and that it DOES NOT work with an AR style rifle or pistol. You cannot have a buffer and spring with the MDT folding stock adapter, there's no pass through, it's solid. Not sure why it's advertised as an AR foldi...

works perfectly with my outlier chassis
I have an outlier chassis with the outlier buttstock but the buttstock just doesnt feel right to me. Also i need to make the rifle shorter as running a suppressor. This folding stock adapter works perfectly, got a mil spec skeleton buffer tube and a beefier buttstock to complete the build.

Locks in the open without any wiggle. MDT makes another version that does lock in the closed position but for the price they should just sell one version that locks open and closed at this proce.

MDT Folder
The MDT fits perfect and helps make your rifle a bit shorter for easy transport. It's easy to install as long as you have the parts. It's a little bit stiff opening in the beginning but is getting easier with use.

MDT-1 way stock adapter
Item is as described. Locks up solid when set in place. Storing while folded is the best use for this product. The 2 way lock would be the better choice for any other activity.

Few folding adaptors for chassis systems
Lots of brands build folding adaptors for ar platforms. Only a few build aftermarket adapters for chassis. This is what you want if you want a full length ar stock on and outlier chassis. Both a pro and con is that the hinge is STIFF. It was hard to close for mounting but it won't just swing closed on its own.

solid, sturdy, and exactly what I needed
I built a bolt action setup, on a Savage 110 receiver, a chassis and ar stock.
Other folding stock adapters made for an ar receiver were too tall and interfered with the grip.
they offer this one in three configurations, rifle to rifle, tall to tall, carbine to rifle, tube height to full ar receiver height, and carbine to carbine, tube height to tube height. I used the carbine to carbine ones and would have used the cabine to rifle one if i was using a different stock.
It feels solid, folds smoothly, and locks without any rattle.
Better feeling and looking than I expected.

mdt folding apadpter
Works great ; great accessory to reduce the length of your rifle

Used to add a folding arm brace to PLR-16
After trying a few other folding adapters to add a folding arm brace to a PLR-16, I tried this one. Worked almost out of the box, but had to add two washers for spacing. Without the washers the screw would bottom out on the PLR-16 tube.
Only real complaint is that it is really tough to fold. It locks nicely, easy to unlock, it is just that the folding is quite tough. Hoping that after awhile it will loosen up.
