malfunctioning magazines
Bought three that were supposed to be all steel and are not. The 3 I got all jam causing the cartridge too do a nose dive in the magazine. Have to do several things to get them to function properly. I don’t trust them for any longevity. They are the MDT AICS.

Really like this product, thinking about another one. Saves your thumb or for me - baby finger. Price was good.

Unlike an AR-15 style rifle mag the AICS mag loads like a pistol mag.
If you use a similar device to load pistol magazines you appreciate how it depresses a magazine follower.
This loader works the same way in that it depresses the follower to give you just enough clearance to slide each round into the magazine under the feed lips.
WITHOUT this loader, your thumb forces each round in and under the feed lips against the full tension from the magazine follower spring. Many a thumb sliced open on those feed lips. Not an issue with this loader.

Works great!
This is one of the handiest magazine loading tools I've ever used especially for the 6 Dasher type ammo. Without it, its very difficult to put the cartridges in the mag especially with the offset block for the shorter rounds. It works a lot like the ammo loaders for the glock type handguns. Worth every penny!

Really helps...
This little loader really helps when loading short rounds like 6 dasher. The guides are usually longer with these mags and trying to load shorter rounds in them can be challenging especially with older hands struggling with their dexterity. I found this loader well worth the price.

Great Little Product
This product is easy to use and helps with getting the last one or two bullets into the magazine. Only complaint is it is all plastic, (probably can cheaply 3D print it), and seems a bit on the expensive side, but it does work well for the money.
