Most Helpful Positive Review Perfect for Savage Axis 2 Precision Rifle
I just bought a 6.5 Creedmoor to add to t he arsenal. It’s my “wish I were a sniper” gun and it’s perfect for that. To finish off the presentation I added this Muzzle to match the MDT chassis on the gun and I couldn’t be more please. The muzzle clocks almost perfectly on the threads.

This is a great brake especially if your running 30-06. However, there is one issue, the concussion blast out of the sides is pretty harsh tends to irritate people sitting next to you at the range

Great little muzzle break with the quality you’d expect from MDT. However if you ask my wife who just so happened to be a few feet to my right as shots started ringing off that fine afternoon shed probably tell you it doesn’t work and made her teeth and hair hurt as sonic waves coursing through your skeletal system does so after a quick explanation on how muzzle breaks work she was delighted by the results when standing behind me instead of her generous noise dampening meat shield services she was providing for all the woodland critters that day Anywho.. it’s a decent break that wont break your piggy bank when dumpin hot loads with your wife.. down range that is, grow up.

Not a complete package.

After reading through the description and some of the Q&A section, I ordered this with the expectation that I wouldn't need to purchase any additional parts for installation. That was incorrect, as this is JUST the muzzle brake. You will need to buy the crush washer separately.
