MDT Remington Model 700 Field Stock Chassis System

It's a great looking and well built chassis, but unfortunately, it doesn't work with my action and barrel. I have a 700 long action with heavy barrel. When I attempted to drop it into the chassis, the ribbed area for the magazine opening is too narrow for my action. Please help with the return process please

Cons:
Unfortunately, my action and barrel does not fit this chassis.
