Most Helpful Negative Review Warning - order the 11 inch option or else you won't be able to use your charging handle on an AR
The cheek pad sits too close to the charging handle using anything less than a 10 1/8 inch tube. You won't be able to charge your AR-15 because the charging handle will hit the cheek pad holder. High quality,Solid Fit, Good Sale Price

I got the chassis for this set up about three years ago for Christmas. I had put two different stocks on the rifle that never really fit as good as this one from the same manufacturer. I should’ve saved my money in the beginning and just bought this.

Read Carefully.

This item will "not" work with a standard rear charge AR. The description never says this. It says it works with chassis. It's a little misleading. I was using a side charge 6mm arc so this was not a problem for me. The product is of very good quality and what I expected for the price.

  • Side charge uppers only.

The MDT is pricey, but you do really get what you pay for. I thought my previous Rival Arms stock was nice, but this one blows it out of the water. It isnt only solid, but also comfortable, i will be only buying MDT stocks for my projects feom now on

Very pleased that I purchased this stock. Excellent build quality, outstanding ability to customize to your desirability, thumbscrew was stiff and required and some break-in, not disappointed with purchase and I don’t believe you will either.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this product however its not clear in the description that this is basically for a bolt action carbine and with that being said i had to do my own research and had to purchase a extended rifle buffer tube spring and buffer and re drill the holes on the cheek rest to make room for my charging handle on my ar 10 ,after doing all this im extremely pleased with the fit and finish of my overall installation of this

Chassis-like stock for an AR receiver.

Mounted to a Kidd chassis for more adjustability. Excellent quality, fit, and finish. Very easy to adjust. Locks into a rigid stock with no slippage or rattling.

fantastic stock

If you're putting this stock on an AR platform with a conventional charging handle, you will need to remove the cheek pad and set it aside. I have a side charging upper that it works great with. Easy to adjust and very comfortable. It feels very minimalist but does everything you could ever want.
