This Mean Arms speed loader for 5.56 seems to be easier to load than the Bear Creek speed loader. I do like it especially in this NY communist state! Stupid people making stupid laws.

Mean Arms AR-15 loader

This loader is the best thing you can have if you have a California compliant AR -15. You will load your AR as fast if not faster than replacing the clip and won’t have to split the weapon in half to load it. Highly recommended and so happy I bought it.

Easy to use and extremely fast loading

I bought three and I love them. Quick and easy to use once you break in the magazine spring on your AR. Had them for months now and I have no issues, my buddies envy how fast I load.

Very well thought out.

I have 10 that are always loaded. I’ve only had issues loading any of my ar’s when I didn’t insert it properly. I’ve put thousands of rds through these and never have any issues. Take the time to learn how to use them! Greatest tool for NY semi auto gun owners. I am ordering more. I’d like to have 10 per rifle.

Extremely Difficult

Using with my AR15. Great concept but not the easiest for left handed shooters. I found it extremely difficult in pressing down the thumb ring. Only able to load 7 rounds. Will keep trying. Don’t want to return it because using the loader is still better than Manueling loading my AR.
