The Thumb Rip
I'll admit I wanted them as tight as I could get them without them losing function or form. They were merely smaller than the size above it, and trying to work with the XL's I couldn't pick up a coin off the ground with them. So I selected the larges and I loved the way they fit.... For one range session. Just like the other gentleman, they had both torn where the thumb stitches are. Also like him, I have had no issues with mechanic.

Ripped first use
I have used Mechanix gloves for years at work and have had a good experience with them. I bought these to use for target shooting in the cold. The first time I used them at the end of the day I noticed a rip in the right glove at the thumb seam. I don’t know if it was a stitch flaw but I am very disappointed. The rip was about a half in long down the seam. I can’t recommend this version to anyone because of my issue. I am currently using their leather gloves at work and love them.
