Great for the range, not real life - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Mepro OPMOD M21 Red Dot Sights Reflex, HC Reticle

This is a nice optic but very limited in use for one BIG reason… the illuminated reticle disappears if you are inside a room and aim out a window and door when bright outside. Without a fixed reticle to beck up the illuminated, you see nothing when u pan across brightly lit areas. I was told the illumination is old technology but this does not happen with my Trijicon ACOG 4x32 that I’ve had for 20 years and is still perfect

I have returned the optic.
