Most Helpful Positive Review Meprolight Night Sight
The Meprolight sights are made with great quality, and much brighter then Trijicon sights from my own personal experience. They also stay bright for years which makes it a no brainer to put these sights on everything.

Good but takes time to fit it tight.

The sights is made good and strong but you have to seperate the bottom alot to get it to fit tight and on the 3 aks I've tried if the sights isn't dead center this is so wide it'll hit the sides so you have to center the sight then adjust elevation.which I've had to lower it all the way till it bottoms out on every ones I've tried it on.i recently purchased 2 of these and the rear.if you can adjust it where poi in just above the dot it's great but if not it's a wide dot that covers a lot of the target.i used a flat head to widen the base and after a few times it was still too loose. Next I'm trying the truglo front or the knights
Pros:
  • Can see at night
  • See at night
Cons:
  • Wide hard to get tight
Best Used for:
  • night shooting

Meprolight

They really make a difference in low light. the front site fit a little loose nothing some lock tight won't fix.
The front site has adjustments for windage which is nice.
These sites are a little wider than the stock ones that come with most rifles making those 600 yards shots a little more challenging.
Pros:
  • Excellent for low light
Cons:
  • Loss in fines in site for long range
Best Used for:
  • fast site accusition in low light
