Got this optic and been using it for awhile. I think its a better optic than the AEMS and the dot is cleaner and doesn't fall apart under a 6x magnifier like other dots do. Having the multiple reticles is nice, and the auto brightness works a lot better than other optics using a solar panel on top. For example being in a dark room, and approaching and looking out a bright window, this will increase its brightness a lot sooner.

Dot and circle appear cleaner than other dots to my eyes even with a slight astigmatism, and the image thru it doesn't get distorted. Tint is minimal.

Adjustments are in 1/2 moa, and are clean and give good feed back.

Designed in Israel, and made in the Philippines for those wondering.

In particular circumstances you can get internal glare were you can see a ghost image of the circuit board, but isn't bad and easy to work thru. Mount is proprietary, so you are stuck with the one it comes with, or getting a 1.93 from Microlight. Would really like to see a QD option and such.

The aesthetics looking at it online aren't as good as other dots, but in person it looks better and has been growing on me.

Packaging is good, and it comes with tools for battery tray, mounting, and zeroing.

The MCO Pro brings a lot to the table at its price point: a 3‑segment Speed Ring reticle (2 MOA dot, speed ring, and MRAD holdover ring), robust battery life, both manual and auto brightness, and solid build quality. During testing, it tracked well, and the enclosed emitter design gives good protection from the elements. If you want a modern closed-emitter red dot that punches above its weight, this is a serious contender.

I bought the MCO Pro via OP, and it’s replaced my older red dot. The 3‑segment reticle is really handy. I like toggling between the dot and the ring for quick shooting. Construction feels rock solid. The only thing: the shake‑awake mode sometimes takes a fraction of a second to “wake up” when I pick up the rifle. But for most uses, very pleased.

If you want something that performs well in adverse environments, this is a very good choice. I shot this thing in freezing temps, in muddy woods, and after cleaning everything up zero was still dead‑on. The only think I’d change would be making the battery compartment easier to open without tools, but that’s more of a comfort issue than performance.

This my first red dot from meprolight. Love it. Looks really cool and it is quality for sure. Been a big fan of some other brands and Meprolight is now definitely on that list.
