Most Helpful Negative Review Poor Fitment

The RMR mounting plate did not fit my RMR cut Norsso or L2D Glock slides. Would require significant modification of the slide and/or mounting plate. Even with modifications, mounting holes do not align well causing issues with the screws that fix the plate to the slide. Optic itself seems higher q...

Great green dot

I found this Meprolight very well-made and an excellent buy for an enclosed optic. It has all the look and feel of the Aimpoint COA but with more features. I has all the features that many of the other more expensive optics don’t such as shake awake and auto brightness. Plus, it’s light, strong, and feels battle ready. A fantastic little optic for much less cost compared to the Aimpoint, better form factor than the Trijicon, and better quality than the Holosun competitors.

Poor Fitment

by Anthony, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on May 28, 2026

It is supposed to fit a RMR footprint, but it wouldn’t fit my OA Defense 2311 RMR plate. Looks nice, otherwise, but what good is that if you can’t use it?

Pros:

Looks

Cons:

fitment

Meprolight MPO Pro-F

by David, Verified Owner from ID, United States Written on December 13, 2025

So far, so good….. installed easily and the controls are very user friendly. Clear reticle/dot. Almost perfect zero out of box and aligned nicely with my suppressor height front post. Too new to talk about durability, but the build/finish quality is right up there with my Delta Point Pro.

Meprolight MPO Pro-F

by Gary, Verified Owner from ID, United States Written on March 9, 2025

Nice sight for the money. The choice of reticles is nice. Had to do a little filing on the base plate to make it fit the slide on my Glock clone. Auto-brightness is nice, works well in daylight, but doesn't go dim enough for night work unless using weapon mounted light (had to manually adjust for that). My biggest complaint is the sight base. Because of the mounting plate, the sight sits high enough that it blocks my suppressor height night sights. With the open emitter sight I was using, I could see the iron sights thru the optic. Not with this one. I might move this sight to a PDW.

Pros:

Build / Quility

Cons:

HEIGHT OF ATTACHMENT
