It can be installed with a punch and hammer but is very difficult. There is a tool for this, but at $494.00 it is too expensive. I am going to buy the B-square front sight pusher. I purchased the wrong one first based on the date range of the gun (Para Ordnance). I wish this had been clearer up front. The difference is vertical vs. slanted slide grooves. I got them in. They work great. No real complaints.
