Great product, beware of fit - Meprolight TRU-DOT Self Illuminated AR-15 Rifle Night Sights

This is a great product for your AR style firearm sights IF you have the A2 style rear sight. The tritium is bright, easy to see and the four dots on the rear make alignment quick and easy. However, these DO NOT fit Troy rear sights. I have an A2 carry handle that the Meprolight rear sight fit great and looked fantastic on. Unfortunately, that sight doesn't work with my optic and I wanted to have the tritium on my Troy flip up rear. The Troy windage screw is a larger diameter than the standard A2 screw. I have Meprolight night sights on almost all of my pistols and love them. I might still try to find a way to put this sight on my AR, just not for now.
Pros: Bright, clear, easy to align, well thought out design
Cons: Not clear enough on fit/applications
