I'm currently completing three simultaneous builds for a client. Clients wanted Basic Betty AR-15s for minimal cost but money spent on items that would significantly increase reliability and enhance control. I purchased two E2BSA from Opticsplanet.com, and a third from another vendor. Of the two from OP, one was boxed, the other poly bagged. The poly bagged item was missing one of the two long screws. Since OP had already dropped the ball I called Mission First directly. Some guy named Steve answered. Now, I don't know who Steve is, but the voice sounded an awful lot like the same Steve featured in the installation videos. Regardless, Steve asked me for my mailing address. I expected I might be asked for credit card info, or proof of purchase, a hand drawn picture equivalent or exceeding the skill of an average fifth grader - something. But no, he just wanted an address to mail something too. And that was it, our conversation finished. Today, a parcel arrived in my mail box. It contained a unopened poly bag containing ALL hardware. Both sling mounts, two short screws, and two long screws. Wow. Thanks Steve, and thanks to MFT! It's wonderful to have the knowledge that a company has your back, especially these days. Also, concerning the E2BSA - possibly the best money you can spend on your stock butt stock, and the best 5oz of polymer you can add to the back of your carbine. Enhanced cheek weld and comfort indeed, plus added utility.
