Made this purchased for my grandson's S&W M&P-15 birthday present to kill hog at our ranch in South Texas. This forearm grip fit like a charm, attached our flashlight grip & Lazar and now he will be ready to Rock & Roll. I was impressed that the hand guard came with rail cover's that was a real Plus.

Awesome Product

by Bad Dude, from TX, United States Written on December 28, 2015
This product is absolutely fantastic for keeping with the original factory fore end. Light weight and durable. Rubber covers attach securely and conform beautifully to the fore end. I'm
always trying to keep down the weight of my AR so this was a perfect fit. Easily installed.
Offered in a quad rail also witch will go on my other rifle.
Pros:
  • light weight
  • Inexpensive
  • adds rails
  • rubber covers for unused rails
Cons:
  • None

It fits and works fine, and it's the latest M33 version

by Vince, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on January 19, 2015
Despite what the product description reads, this is the latest version of the M33 that doesn't require a separate heat shield. It's a newer version M33 that's made of a higher heat resistant polymer. I've fired a few hundred rounds thru my M4 and it works fine without the shield. It also fits fine, but you should use an "AR Hand Guard Removal Tool" to get the old hand guard out and get this new one in. It looks great and the rails works just fine.
