Light weight perfection
I got this email for a 16 inch barrel light weight build and I have ti o say I couldn't be any happier with it. Easy install, extremely light,absolutely beautiful, I've put 700 rounds through it so far and its stayed tight and runs much cooler than I expected being so light and close to the barrel. The fde doesn't match magpul fde rail covers and vg or the aero precision upper in fde, but I like it that way I knew it going into it no I gave a 50 shades of fde thing going on.
Good rail works fine
Solid rail slim design. I like the low profile it gives the front of my ar and it holds in place very well the tension lock is neat and havent seen it on other rails. Overall i like the rail, its comfy and works well

looks and works great for ar 15 build. light weight. easy to install small diameter makes the gun easy to handle.I will use this handgard for my next build also.looks great with stainless steel barrel

Quality hand guard
Nice and light, well made rail. Plenty of space for mounting accessories. I’ll try to run this with a 10.5 barrel, ideally I’d like the threads to start where the hand guard ends. I’m trying to mount a Surefire Warcomp and warden with the SOCOM qd.

Well thought out
A solid addition to a build. I like the smaller diameter. And install is about as simple as can be while still being solid. I haven’t had a chance to beat it up yet. I bought 2. One of them is going on a 3 gun rifle so it should be a good test.

Super nice handguard, well made and light and also comes with a mlok rail. Easy to install and comes with barrel nut tool. Worth the money. Machine work is very nice. This is for my AR 10.5 pistol fits perfect.

FDE, my knee!
Quality and construction on this handguard seem perfectly fine. It's a lightweight, yet fully featured rail at a fair price. However, what showed up at my house looked to a cross between a flat dark earth and a satin bronze. So, ultimately, I paid a few extra bucks for the advantage of having the FDE color anodized in, but will still end up having to shoot it with some FDE spray paint.

Free float all the way
Free floating my barrel has been the single most important upgrade made to my AR. Midwest Industries makes a very nice hand-guard. Much lighter than my old quad rail. I believe my old YHM quad rail cost considerably more than this one did years ago. The QD mount holes are very innovative, with zero (possibly negative) weight added.

Nice and lightweight
Very nice handguard. Very lightweight. The small diameter allows you to quickly grab and get on target. Only downfall is it has a gap at bottom where it mates against receiver, which is covered when you install the supplied clamp spacer, however that spacer does not fit if using with some billet receivers. The packaging on handguard does state that it may not fit all billet uppers, but it would be nice if they made ones that do. Luckily you can install without this spacer if you tighten screws enough to clamp tightly against barrel nut. Awesome handguard overall though.
