Comfortable Shooting a Shorty AK
I bought this to make shooting my 7.62x39 Galil Ace Pistol with an 8.5" just a little more bearable. The blast from a short rifle like that really annoys your neighbors at the public range and makes shooting indoors pretty uncomfortable. A suppressor would be the best thing but none of my cans are rated to a 8.5" 7.62x39. This device doesn't really stop the blast or noise but directs it away from you and your shooting buddies. It may not seem like much but it makes a huge difference and it does it at an affordable price. Many of its competitors do the same job at more than twice the price...

Top quality
This is a really good product it's an excellent blast diverter. It's really useful for my project which is a SBR AK-47 with a 10-in barrel. It is huge blast so a blast diverter makes a lot of sense for this kind of build. It's made of really good steel it's good finish, it's the quality I've come to expect from Midwest industries you just can't go wrong

Excellent blaster diverted for AR Type pistols!
This is an excellent blast diverter for short barrel AR type pistols. This is my 3rd one purchased and would recommend to any one who is building one or looking to replace the standard flash hider. Quality is good and the shipping was fast!
Pros:
- Diverts blast and flash forward.
Cons:
- Would not recommend on a carbine or riffle length upper.

Shorter than booster...
Got this to replace original booster and shave an inch or two off length of gun. Now with brace folded, m92 pistol fits in backpack. Which is freaking awesome. My pistol now also works as a flash bang when fired due to 8 foot fireball expelled from gun when fired. That said no concussive blast felt at all, unlike with a brake. Recoil seems just a little less punchy, but not dramatically reduced. Will probably replace with something that can tame the obscene muzzle flash, but it is nice and compact and keeps your brain from rattling when firing gun.

Blast diverter
Low price for intended purpose. Using for an AR pistol for close quarter tactical. Needed to keep blast out of face and direct noise downrange. Higher priced items might be for rifle builds .. satisfied with results pistol for wife to use in law enforcement

Blast Director
Exactly as advertised and shown. I'm shooting an AR15 with just a flash hide and needed something to divert blast away from me so I can save what hearing I have. It works perfectly I still wear hearing protection but this helped immensely. Look at several others but settled on this one. Glad I did.

MI Blast Diverter
Well made, nice finish, installed easily. Right size and shape for clearing an extended forearm without adding weight or length. Machined and finished in a way to ease cleaning and maintenance. Also nice to send the noise and blast forward.

MI Blast Diverter
Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it's a huge difference. Greatly reduced muzzle flash in your sight picture. It's also better for anyone shooting next to you. If you have an AR pistol I think this is a must have accessory.
