High QD Scope Mount

Best Scope Mount Available for ARs

This is the best scope mount I have ever used. The QD mount never moves even under some hsrsh conditions. After proper mouting, the scope has never moved in the mount even after thousands of rounds. The price is also better than the competition. I have this mount on 4 rifles, including a Wilson Super Sniper. I am impressed that I can remove and replace the scope without any impact shift.

Best QD under $200

Not sure what everyone critical of this mount is expecting. Pay more, get more. It's that simple.

For the money, it's a great mount. I own Bobro, Larue, Warne, Leupold, Vortex, Scalarworks, Am Def, and a few others. I try to buy quality stuff and I've never had a problem with Midwest Industries.

The only knock I have on this mount is ejection side levers. I prefer left side levers but on the plus side they won't snag.

Lpvo qd mount

Midwest 30mm QD Lpvo Mount. Midwest makes very nice products. It’s heavy duty for sure! There aren’t a whole lot of QD scope mounting options. I’m building an ar10 and all the parts are built for duty but I’m starting to get concerns about weight.

Rock Solid

This mount is impressive. I have not used any scope mounting system with quick detatch ability and was skeptical about it's ability to hold zero after removal. Well, I am pleasantly supprised that it does hold zero even after repeated removal and reinstallation. I recommend this setup.

Great Scope Mount!

I needed a slightly higher-than-standard scope mount for my Saint Victor 308 with Vortex 3-15x44 scope. This higher mount allows better access to the charging handle and a better neck position at approximately 2" height over bore. I'm impressed with its light weight, strong build, and solid, easy to use picatinny QD mount. I returned a more expensive Vortex mount and this is comparable in quality, design, and build. It's a great value and I highly recommend it.

expensive and larger with QD

Twice the price, and significantly larger than my other mount without the QD. But weight is only .4 ounces more. Plus it has the quick detach which is what I really wanted. I didn't shop around. So might be better products or price out there.

Replaced the mount that comes with the Sig Tango MSR LPVO.
