Snug fit with great alignment. Easy install, only takes minute. Lightweight and attractive. Not too bulky. Fits the psak-47 with no issues. There are a couple different types of these mounts. This one worked great for the palmetto state AK47.

Fits super tight. Locks in tight-you set the tension. Rock solid, quick unlock and lock into place hence easy on/off. Excellent quality! The only mount you need!!

Fit my BFT556 perfectly. Just be aware to tighten the top two screws and add some loctite or your scope will start to go off center(learned this after the fact). They do send an Allen wrenchfor these screws in the package so that was nice. But over all very nice well made sturdy and easy to install.

Great attachment

This item attached to my firearm perfectly and allowed me to mount a Red Dot scope. It's really easy to attach and detach so that my son can use the rifle without the scope, well I prefer to use the Red Dot.

best AK rail

I have used several different AK rails on my rifles. The MWI rail is the simplest, truest and most easily accessible mount for the AK platform. Thankfully, Optics Planet was the only vendor I could find to carry this model. It was a life-saver. I had owned the MWI G2 Rail a decade ago, but was sold with a rifle I used to own. After acquiring a new AK (vepr) this was the only mount I wanted after trying a half dozen other products.

Another quality MI product. Don't forget to loctite the bolts holding the two pieces together before going to the range, got 3 shots off and my scope was loose. After that I haven't had any issues

Optics mount

Attaches easily and once adjusted stays put. Only criticism I have is that there’s no way to adjust it to center the optics. This mount has my optics slightly to the right and affects poi at 100yds.
