Slim long hand guard - Midwest Industries AKXG2 Extended Universal M-Lok Model

I had my doubts when I first seen these on the web. After some thinking I decided to pull the trigger. It is simple to install with simple tools. I am very impressed with its slim design only thing I wish I would change is to add cut outs in the upper guard nearest the gas tube. Maybe they did at one point but the heat from the tube was to much for one to handle with bare hands.
