Exactly what I neeed
This is a nice looking, well machined piece. I am stuck with the Fixed version because I live in a restrictive state but it is what it is.
Just for weights sake I do wish it was made from Aluminum instead of Steel but I still love it.
The design, because it is a 'beam' instead of a cylinder, does allow a fair amount of side to side slop /wiggle with my Magpul stock, but I I don't think that is correctable.
If they were to resign this I would, again, suggest it be made from Aluminum and have the back half have some kind of horizontal ridge that would take out the slop.
