Great product, bit heavy - Midwest Industries Quick Detach End Plate Sling Adapter

I bought this for my ar-15 becuase I live in a state that requires me to have my collapsable butt stock pinned/fixed. In my case, my stock is pinned and would require a gunsmith to remove the end of the stock off the tube if I wanted to slide on a traditional single point adaptor. With this adaptor, I just placed it on the tube similar to how I would place a scope ring over a scope. Very easy to install, very durable, but heavy. It feels like it is similar in weight to a Burris heavy duty scope ring. I would get this item if you do not want to fuss with your collapsable stock or cannot due to it being pinned.
