Buffer tube sling adapter

Great product fits a 308 AR-10 platform. Tried the Troy but the way the sling ports are made on the Troy it would take some grinding work to fit properly. The Troy fits my colt AR-15 just fine.

Convenient Accessory

My politically incorrect "Tool" has a single QD connection point under the buffer tub, but I wanted more options. This was an easy way to add some flexibility for different sling attachment options. It looks pretty cool on the buffer tube also. Seems to be well made and has a nice matt finish on it. Most importantly it is "MADE IN THE USA"!

Excellent Easy Upgrade

This was my first mod to my standard Ruger 5.56. Easy to install. Well made product. Works perfectly. Does not interfere with operation of the collapsible stock. Blends in naturally with the rest of the gun.

Quick detach sling mount

It’s nice, they could make it a bit easier to engage the button to release as well as add a few extra plug in quick detach pins for good measure but all in all it’s a smooth looking and semi smooth functioning piece it definitely gets the job done.

Great Product

I recently bought this product and it has been on my rifle for about 2 months. I initially bought this for use with a HIT sling from AGA. I didn't want to take the nut off to fit a new plate in for the clip, so I used this instead to avoid it. It fits perfectly. My only issue is with the QD. It's a little difficult to get detached. If you want a good QD, upgrade to a Magpul. The mount itself is magnificent.

Midwest industries quick detach

Good option if you don’t or can’t take out the end plate without tearing up the buffer tube and castle nut like mine, I had my doubt about it but after I installed I do like it, it looks well made not cheap so far has done the job I give it 4 stars cause it don’t have a stop for the qd other than that very good product, 5 stars for OpticsPlanet best prices and service.

Easy install.

MI end plate adaptor

Def recommend. It is for sure the best one made for this exact purpose. 4 stars because it does not fit perfectly flush and looks just uncentered. They have upgraded this model but the new is just bigger and heavier. I would go with the this, the older one. Don’t stake castle nuts.
