Great Handguard for Homesteader
I got this & the matching stock for daily use & to avoid damaging the beautiful woods.
It's a beauty - good look, good function, quality build, perfect fit, easy install.
Great combination; I now have 2 Homesteader versions - both excellent.

Nice fit and utility, but an expensive piece of aluminum
The build quality seems good and the fitment was better than the stock wood forearm which had some play. I bought it for the utility, not the looks and not for the value, and I think it will meet the needs providing flexibility in mounting a light and sling, and providing a dependable grip. Given the limited alternatives and the reviews that praised the product I bought it, but I still can't quiet that voice in the back of my head that says I paid way too much for what this really is. grin
