Does The Trick
Looks amazing.
As others have mentioned, it has a little play fore and aft. I was expecting this so no biggie. I bent it inward slightly so it hugged the gun snuggly and the adapter gripped the picatinny rail more tightly. That got rid of most of the play. A few drops of CA glue in the gap between the adapter and the pic rail sealed the deal.
Now perfect and looks badass.
1-star off for having to @#$% with it.

It’s a very useful addition to your shotgun. Keeps them fingers out of the danger zone and it give you room for a light or whatever you want on the side of the firearm

stout MLok part for your KSG that comes w/optional stout handguard. Allows easy attachments of MLok parts to your KSG and the part is robust metal that will hold up to the fire of your 12G. Have mine mounted with still being able to have my vertical grip in place.

High tech upgrade for Kel-Tec Ksg
When I first saw this Midwest industries product on their website I knew I want to buy it. Then 1 of my go to website Optics Planet is selling it. It made decision to buy it. This Midwest hand stop to me is so modern and high tech to protect shooter's hand and adding m-lok slot. What great product. Thank you

Should come stock with the SKG!
Adding this to my KSG was improved the feel and look of the firearm. In addition I also added a vertial grip.
My only complaint is that it's held in place by a single screw and there was a bit of wobble since I couldn't tighten it down enough to crimp down on the pictinny rail. A litle pice of electrical tape in the right spot fixed this, but it really should have been a snug fit without any such redneck fixes.

Functionality and safety increased
The option of additional rails/attachments really increases the KSGs capabilities, without excessive bulk. It’s built sturdy and fits like a glove all while looking good. Installing is very straight forward, as long as you don’t over-torque the fasteners

Sturdy and slick
Easy to install to the fore-end of the KSG. The wings are a lot sturdier than I thought, and the hand-stop adds that extra bit of protection. I use a Magpul RVG with this, and the m-lol slot is in the perfect spot for activating a light/laser

Fast and easy to install
Got it in about a week after placing my order installed it super fast and ready to go. Feels like great quality looks great on my ksg. Haven’t used it in the range yet but I’m sure I will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to add a light and maybe a laser to the rail give it a better tactical look. Highly recommended for the Keltec ksg.
