Functional
It's not the ideal chamber configuration, but the price is right for those that don't want to spend 2-3 hundred for a 4 chamber. 4 stars because the finish is crude, and doesn't match the black or shiny of the 45-70 SBL. A guy could port the top of the first chamber. Use flat black heat paint on it. That would make it would look better, and probably perform better with more gas directed upwards instead of mostly the sides.
