OK product if you install it and don't want to remove it after a while
I had first gen free float MD hand guards and it was a nightmare to get it removed. Gunsmith had to drill through the hand guards into the barrel nut and a little info the barrel. The screw got stripped so easily, I wish they used something more durable with a higher quality. I've contact MD customer service, and they didn't want to owner any warranty. So don't believe this lifetime warranty about Midwest Industries products. It's ridiculous that they are worried about giving a free hand guards that cost a few dollars to manufacture despite me going through lots of trouble to deal with a stupid low quality screw that cost me arm and leg at the end. I will never buy any Midwest Industries product again. So far I replaced the broken Midwest Industries hand guards with STNGR hand guards and couldn't be happier.

Worth Every Penny !
Midwest Industries G3Kl KeyMod Handguard is exactly what I needed for my 9mm AR. This Handguard is their Lightweight model. Quality construction, free-floating, easy installation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a top quality handguard, two thumbs up!
