Very Solid Lockup!
The hinge is very sturdy and bigger than the SB Tactical hinges. Its a little stiff, but press up from the bottom where the hinge is located to unhook the mechanism and it will unfold. If you want to have a bomb proof setup with your brace or stock, this is a winner!

Great Picatinny Stock Tube
Typical Midwest Industries quality. The ability to reverse the folding direction and the integrated storage are nice additions to the design. The lock to keep it in position is very tight as is the retention to keep it folded.

Awesome folding stock
Very sturdy when in use. When folded, the fact that it pokes out to the side a bit helps it stay tight to the receiver. It is difficult to fold, I like that though because I don’t want it to fold when I don’t want.

Works as designed.
Building a 9mm bolt action AR style carbine. Using this with a brace to keep it compact for storage, etc..the only downside it weight. But, it is heavy duty, so all good. Fits my needs.

Best affordable 1913 folding adapter option
Great product and shipped very quickly. It was nearly impossible to fold the first 2-3 times (I have used one before so that wasn't the problem). It loosened up a good bit after the first 50 folds or so and now works nicely. The tube is also great and I use it to hold my paperwork in.
The biggest negative to me is the mounting screws for the tube. They are very small and have no locktite and worked their way loose in a few hours. Wish they were a slightly larger and therefore harder to stip bit size so you could put some real torque on it and wish they came with locktite and correct torq from factory. Once you locktite them and carefully torq them down though they seem to be good to go for now.

Secondary weapon
Omg, why is this so heavy? It’s folding is so stiff. I didn’t want any junk but I also wasn’t looking for a hammer at a secondary weapon. I honestly don’t think it would be this heavy. It’s crazy how heavy this thing is. I wanted something light weight this isn’t it. This is a sledgehammer!

Locks up solid, has accessory compartment in tube too!
Easy install, solid lockup, can flip to left or right side folding. Adds needed weight to the back of my ZPAP85 for better balance, and has a bonus waterproof storage compartment in the tube for batteries, cleaning kit, etc. Excellent product.
