Very nice piece and does what I was looking for it to do. I tried installing with the included screws and that was impossible. I followed the advice of other reviewers and picked up a bag of four M3-.50x16 screws at Lowe's and they worked great. Manufacturer needs to change their included screws to just slightly longer ones.
