Perfect for Offset Red Dot with LPVO
I had a Strike Eagle and was using a GG&G mount with a Viper. The GG&G set the red dot where it was obstructed by the windage turret on the scope. The MI mount is perfect. It puts the viper just in the right location and is slim enough to fit under the scope with the included mount. Very happy.
MI 22.5 offset mount
High quality part, nice finish. I don't think this mount is 45 degrees, hence the name. Its a perfect height offset for mounting on the side of a handguard and fit on two different quad rails. I prefer this to the DD option.

Offset rail
This particular offset rail does NOT go on a top optic rail. If you’re right handed, this offset rail is meant to be mounted on the right side of a quad rail/hand guard. If this is mounted to a top rail the angle is almost at 90 degrees and NOT 45 degrees.

I have 4 different rifles that I varmint hunt with and this is a must item to have. I have 1 on each gun. Some scopes sit lower so option of moving from gun to gun is impossible without removing the scope.

Great rail.
Midwest makes great products. I’ve only put about 200ish rounds through this build with the offset being used for my Romeo 5 red dot but it hasn’t moved at all on the rail and the dot is still zeroed. I trust Midwests quality to know it will be durable as well.

Sturdy and smooth, can't go wrong
I bought this off-set mount from OP along with other similar products that were available (DD, JP enterprise and Weaver).
-Out of the four, this has the smallest footprint, and has the same angle as the Daniel Defense
-Height-wise, this one is one of the lowest. But it shouldn't be an issue for most standard height LPVOs if you were mounting this (w/ a red dot) under the scope tube on an AR platform
-It latches on securely, and has enough material to resist severe impacts

Fits perfect

High Quality
I used this offset rail mount for a Crimson Trace flashlight on my Kel-Tec KS7 shotgun. I placed it just behind the Magpul front sight. It offsets at anout the 10:00 position (or 2:00 if you flip it) and does not obstruct the movement of the flip up sight and cannot be seen from my red dot sight. It is expensive but it is high quality and American made. I have used this extensively and have had no issues.

Offset rail
Good offset rail for the price and works well...... easy to install on rail. Shipping was fast and tracking number was provided upon product being shipped. Works great with my Burris fast fire red dot.
