Philly's Review of Midwest Industries Rifle Chassis Compatible with Ruger PC Carbine

I could not find a ruger pc carbine in the new "chassis " configuration so I purchased the stock PCC. And build my own chassis model at my dining room table, all you need is a good set of long T handle hex wrenches, the chassis comes with everything else. Except the basic ar15 pistol grip or the adjustable milspec butstock.
