I own a few Sig516 uppers and rifle, and wanted to try this out. I am a fan of the quad rail that comes with it, but the weight is a factor. This went right on, super easy swap, five minutes or less. Looks great, and gives you the Mlok options with a nice weight reduction versus factory quad rail, especially if you have no use for the side rails. Still like the quad rail, but this is definitely different and an upgrade in the sense of weight reduction and a more current look.
Pros:
- Very nice looking and great machining
- Easy direct fit swap
- Nice made in USA workmanship
Cons:
- Only comes with one small piece of Mlok rail
Best Used for:
- Weight reduction and updated look on the Sig516
