This handguard is one of my favorites. It is a bit wobbly. Not too terrible but there's ways to keep it from play. NOT FOR RATTLER LT
Be aware, this WILL NOT fit Rattler LT models. The top pic rail is too long and butts up against the the Rattler LT integrated pic rail.
Works well but with limitations.
I was unable to install this handguard on my Rattler at first, until I realized the upper receiver pivot pin eye had been installed upside-down. Once I removed it, flipped it over and reattached it, the handguard slipped right in place. I also discovered that the maximum inside diameter, with no attachments, was 1.75". Most of the suppressors I've been looking at are 1.7"-1.75" in diameter. With that in mind, you're limited pretty much to suppressor diameters of 1.5"-1.6". It would've been nice if that had been pointed out in the product description. I think I'm being generous with a 4 star rating considering the suppressor limitations and the lack of quality control on the pivot pin attachment.

Fits rattler gen 1
I'm using this for my rattler gen 1 and helios suppressor. It fits perfect and the suppressor keeps it from any wobble. Unfortunately the suppressor gets in the way for any mlok additions close to the suppressor end. You can use the bottom part fine but the screws may come in contact on the sides. I wish it came with a sling mount but it doesn't. I had to buy one and mount it close to the barrel where there is plenty of space. Unfortunately in order to remove the shroud, i have to remove the suppressor first. If you plan on tightening the suppressor with a tool, you might not be able to manually remove the suppressor, so removing any mlok attatchments is a must.

Midwest Industries Sig Rattler Hanguard Is Great!!!
It was very easy to install and put on. My Surefire 300 SPS sticks out about 2 inches/2 1/2 inches out of the handguard. But it looks nice and almost looks like that’s how the gun comes. The coating matches the Sig Rattler color too. This allows me to place hand stops further down the handguard which actually feels better in my hand!

Quality Fit and Finish
The hand guard mounted right up to my Sig MCX Rattler just like the stock hand guard did. It feels nice and solid and is tight fitting. Also, you still have access to the adjustment tab for the gas block. This was my main concern with this item, because it doesn't mention this anywhere in the item's description. There's even a small plus and minus sign on each side of this hand guard just like the stock hand guard so you can distinguish between the two adjustment options.

Falls Short...
This handguard "kinda" gives you the concept of the Sig Rattler Canebrake but does not accept the Sig 7.62TI-QD suppressor which defeats the purpose of an extended handguard. Its a no for me but might work for others as long as you have a can that will fit inside the handguard and allow you to install and remove it without removing the handguard each time.

Worthless unless you want to look cool.
I would never recommend this handguard unless you just want your rattler to look cool, or you dont run front iron sights or an IR device. The rail has a tremendous amount of wobble after 5 mins of use. The rear top most 1.5 mlok slots are unusable due to how the handguard mounts to the upper. That area would be much better suited for a qd sling slot. But judging by the current quality of this handguard, that probably would be junk as well.

Mcx midwest sd rail for rattler
Arrived ahead of schedule. Excellent service as always. Sig Rattler rail for integrally suppressed firearms feels great and I wouldn't hesitate to order anorher...........Sig products are extremely hard to find...most firearms products are, but optics planet always has hard to find products in stock.
