MI mounts are great. Like others this one is a true return to zero mount. It fits RMR pattern reflex sights very well- I have RMR SRO and Holosun 507’s mounted in this mount with different heights. Compared to others with similar features and priced by Optics Planet I choose the MI products almost every time. The ability to swap optics should always be an option IMHO and MI mounts fit the bill well. On a side note if your preferred platform isn’t the typical AR and has the charging handle on the left side your will appreciate that the latch does not get in the way.

RMR sits perfectly on this and looks great on the rail. QD secures tightly. Highly recommend.

THE RMR BASE ORING HANGS OFF THE MOUNT BY ABOUT .035 TO .045 AND THE MOUNT WILL REQUIRE SEALING PLATE DUE TO TAPER TOWWARD THE REAR OF MOUNT . I DONT WANT TO RUN SEALING PLATE AND I DONT TRUST THE MOUNT TO SEAL A 500.00 RMR . NOW THAT THAT BEEN SAID IT CAN BE LIGHTER BY CROSS CUT IN THE T PORTION OF MOUNT , I WILL SAY IT CAN BE INSTALL ON THE GO ONE HAND SUPER EASY I LOVE THE ABOUT IT BUT THE SEALING PLATE ON A RMR JUST ADDS ANOTHER POSSABLE FAUILE POINT

Put this on my 300blk pistol to reduce the size of the optic and weight of the pistol. It is perfect height and I am happy.

Another great MI mount. I like the latching system a little better than ADM’s (also great products) I like that the latch is also on the opposite side of ADM. great for non AR platforms with a side charging handle. True return to zero so you can switch from a scope to a red dot as long as the scope is also on a quality qd mount.

I purchased this lower 1/3rd RMR mount to be used with a Holosun 507C Reflex sight since they have the same footprints. Mounted this QD Mount with Reflex sight on a POF Rebel 22LR and it worked flawlessly with a great check weld.This QD will also keep zero once removed and replaced back onto firearm after cleaning. I Can’t say enough good about Midwest industry’s QD Mounts there awesome and made right at home in the USA. I own several Midwest QD scope mounts also and haven’t had the first issue with any of their mounts. This mount also aligned great with the Diamond head iron sights I installed on this little sub gun as well. If your on the fence about this mount do it you will not be disappointed. Excellent RMR Mount! I got lower 1/3 and glad I did, it’s more like absolute height. Locks up solid. Looks better than the ADM big block and about the same price. I would definitely purchase this product again.

This is the first Midwest Industries QD I've purchased, and the fit and finish on this piece is excellent. The mount lock on positively and is rock solid. The quick release is easy to use. The RMR fits like a glove on this mount.
