As others have said, these are the real deal USGI milspec MRE's that you're looking for. Not only that, but they are offered here for a price lower than most of the other cheap commercial knockoffs on other sites. Also, the packed on & inspection dates are very recent indicating a very long usable shelf life if stored properly which just adds to the perks of this deal. Even the cases are milspec double banded, thick cardboard.. NOT corrugated but actual cardboard. I got 4 cases (2 menu A, 2 menu B) for a bit less than 60 bucks a case and free shipping. That's barely 5 bucks a meal! I keep a couple in the get home bag in my car and the rest live in my basement where they stay cool. Already ate one when I forgot to bring lunch to work and they would be a welcome comfort to anyone enduring an emergency, survival, or even regular recreational outdoor excursion activity. These are real gubbermnet MRE's well in date as advertised. These have a lot of things most of the aftermarket MRE's don't have google it. I ordered the combo as was advertised a case of menu 1 and a case of menu 2 but only got 2 cases of menu 1 not worth complaining about just glad to get real MRE's. There's two vegintarian meals in each case so I give those to the millenials.

This came a lot faster than I was expecting. When I ordered, the email said it would ship in 20-29 days and I received it in about 14. These have been sold out on many other websites. Came packaged well with no damage. Came looking exactly like the picture. This is a really good deal. Most sites I researched were selling 12 meals for more than Optics Planet was selling 24 meals for. Got this for emergency situations (Tornado Country) and as a means to have an emergency food ration. I have not tried any and will probably wait until later. I have already ordered another case, but have not received follow up emails yet.

These are the real deal, exactly what I was issued at bootcamp and beyond. They are what you can expect a military MRE to taste like, some are actually pretty good and others you need to bring hot sauce and seasoned salt to choke down. Buying both cases is the cheapest way I found to buy these, I've been told at some army surplus stores they sell them cheap but this is the CHEAPEST I have found online. 100% would recommend and when I run out I will be purchasing again.

Although it took well over a month to arrive, this product was as advertised. My order was Sopako A and B. Menu was somewhat different than Description, but that was expected. Product looks to be genuine Military style. Tried the Beef Brisket and it's pretty good and has all the associated items in the pack as well. Will work great for my disaster supply. Might buy additional. Best deal around if you can wait for long delivery.

Taste good for MREs. Heater in everyone mre I have opened and they work well. Good price for what you get. Recommended purchase for emergency food.They add to my mix of emergency food to mix it up so to speak. Always remember you need a clean water source also so highly advisable to purchase a portable water filter and some little cooking pots.

I ordered the 114$ which is both menus A and B. They boxes were in great shape and packed well. The TTI( time temperature indicator) on the box was in perfect condition. The dates were very easy to read. All is good. The only complaint is that when I ordered they were on back order which ended up taking one month exactly to the day for me to get them at my door step. I guess that’s okay since I’m ordering them before I need them. But people should be aware of that. Other then that one con everything else is perfect. I haven’t opened the cases so I can’t comment on that.

It took the cases 1 month to get to me because they were on back order, which is alright. I mean I’m ordering these ahead of time and not when I’m dying for them. They TTI (time and temperature indicator) looked great. The boxes were clean and perfect condition. I got these on January 8 2019 and the dates on my cases were 7345 which is made in 2017 on the 345th day. Inspection date 2020. Hope this review helps to see the quality is what it suppost to be.

What a great price and free shipping to boot. Pretty good food for as far as camping or emergencies and being prepared.
Good variety with two different boxes. Very easy to prepare. Recommend for all of the above.

Exactly as described. 24 different meals, A and B menus. Very happy with them. Will keep them in my blizzard pack in case I get snowed in at work. These are the authentic mre with the heater included.
