Outer shell is in decent shape. There are some scuffs and light rust in places. Liner was completely shot. The cotton is rotten and no longer usable. Hardware is really rusty. Leather is moldy. Sizing appears to be on the smaller side, but unable to tell exactly because of the condition of the liner. Serbian sticker on the front in ok condition.

Serbian helmet is a haunting relic

Serbian helmet was an excellent addition to my military headgear collection in the mancave. It's definitely seen some actual soldierly use, had a few interesting Serbian stickers on it, though the inside webbing was a little moth eaten and needed vacuuming. But definitely authentic.

nice helmets

these are awesome glad i got them, came with side and front stickers. One is not so good shape some rusting on top but others were great. all serviceable if needed, will stop a 9mm easily.
Great to have just in case..

decent helmet if your on a serbian budget and need some head protection

Its got some rust on it, and on the inside theres a stain on the leather that wouldnt supprise me if it were blood... but it gets the job done. If your a prepper, and only have a little bit of cash but want head protection. I recomend the hungarian helmet, but this one does the job aswell

Great Helmets

I bought two. A few rust spots, so I sanded them down, primed, and repainted them. They both look brand new now. Excellent steel. The insides were worn but not too bad. Great price for protecting your head. I cleaned the straps with neatsfoot oil. I'm satisfied with my purchase and will buy more soon. I can't afford a Law Enforcement tactical helmet so this will have to do if SHTF.
