Most Helpful Positive Review The SIZE is just right, OK Optically
This Minox 6x16 Monocular is very nice. I like that it is smaller and fits easier in your briefcase or pocket than the tubular shaped alternatives. Th 6x power is great, easier to hold than a higher power 8x. Optically the field of view was narrower than I was expecting but other wise very good, clear views once you fiddle with the focus bar. Sometime it is hard to focus. Pros: Very compact, Excellent build quality & feel. Cons: Focus is very touchy, takes getting used to.

I wish it came with a nice case. The bag that came with it is very cheap. The strap is OK but I could not figure out how to remove it. It is removeable isn't it? The directions did not describe how to remove the strap.
Pros: Slider for focusing; shape; small size; clarity of image.
Cons: Vinyl strap; cheap bag instead of case; instructions.
Would recommend: Yes
