I bought this scope and mounted it on a new 280 AI rifle expecting it to perform alright. It didn't. I never could get it zeroed because it didn't track properly. One click right moved it 6" R and 5" H. I clicked it back one click left Where it was originally) and it went off the 11x14 target to the left. It would never settle down enough to zero.

The scope i received only had part of the objective lens coated. With years of problems with this line it appears that Minox has done nothing on the quality control end. Apparently the response to non functioning defective parts is to sell them cheaper. Only gambled on Minox again because of OpticsPlanet return policy. 5 stars for OpticsPlanet and if I could give fewer than 1 for Minox I would.
Pros:
OpticsPlanet return policy
Cons:
Defective as they all have been
Best Used for:
Wackamole or a paperweight

The good: these have some awesome eye relief and are very clear. No issues sighting in any of them. The Bad: the first scope worked great for most of the first year then I noticed the eyepiece was loose. Contacted Minox, returned the scope and they sent a replacement. The replacement went through the same process. Used for 2 seasons then the eye piece was loose again. Sent that one in and when the replacement arrived from Minox the objective lens literally fell out of the scope during mounting. Minox replaced that one as well. That scope again made it through 2 seasons and the eyepiece is loose again. I will be contacting minox again to see how that goes. Minox customer service is good, if a little slow so far. But I have bought 1 scope and have had 4 bad ones now. All have been mounted on a 300 blk so recoil is not the issue.
Pros:
Clear, great eye relief
Cons:
They are unreliable
